DMCA Policy
Void Network ("we," "us," "our") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We respond to properly formatted notices by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.
How to Send a Takedown Notice
Email void@voidnetwork.space with the following (per §512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, including exact Void Network URL(s) and, if applicable, the original source URL(s) when content is proxied.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- Statements that:
- You have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- The information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Our Response
Upon receiving a compliant notice, we may promptly remove or disable access to the identified material, block proxied access, de-list links, and notify the affected user (if identifiable). We log actions to enforce our repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, email void@voidnetwork.space with:
- Your signature.
- The material removed or disabled and its prior location (specific URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any district where you can be found if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate users determined to be repeat infringers and will reasonably implement this policy.
Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners consistent with §512(i).
Third-Party/Proxied Content
Void Network may proxy or frame games hosted on third-party websites and may also host locally cached copies. For proxied items, including the original source URL(s) in your notice helps us disable access through our service efficiently.
Subpoenas & Preservation
We may preserve information as required by law and comply with valid subpoenas or court orders.
Misrepresentation
Under §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing—or that material was removed by mistake—may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
